Marc S. Culp
Marc Culp has spent nearly 40 years practicing law in Texas, with his practice focused on complex commercial and business litigation, multi-party litigation, class actions, general civil litigation, and business law, including representation of national clients. Mr. Culp regularly advises his clients on a range of topics, including contract negotiations, corporate compliance, intellectual property rights, entity formation, business torts, and labor law requirements. Mr. Culp has served plaintiffs and defendants in state, district and bankruptcy courts in Texas. Mr. Culp is Board Certified, Appellate Law -Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Marc has successfully argued before various federal appellate courts, the Texas Supreme Court, and a large number of intermediate appellate courts throughout the state of Texas.
After graduating from Northwestern University in 1975, Mr. Culp received his law degree from Southern Methodist University in 1978, where he served on the Board of Editors of the Southwestern Law Journal and as a member of the Order of Coif and the Order of Barristers. He is licensed to practice in state courts in Texas, and is admitted to practice in the Northern and Eastern District Courts of Texas, as well as the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Culp is also a member of the Denton County Bar Association and Dallas Bar Association.
